These funds will cover the costs of the desks, chairs, chalkboards, and storage cabinets needed for classrooms built in Phase 1 (Pre-K, KG, 1st and 2nd grade). Phase 1 includes the first 5 years of development and operation: land purchase, partial infrastructure construction and the first 3 years of schooling.
